Refunds for items returned within 10 days of the item’s arrival date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.

Refunds for items returned more than 10 days after the item’s arrival date will be in the form of a merchandise credit, redeemable with your next purchase.

Items MUST BE unworn and unwashed. Any items that have been worn and/or washed will not be refunded, nor will they be returned with S&H at the expense of Fly Gal Ventures.

Please include a copy of your receipt or invoice with your return. If you no longer have one of these, a letter with the following information will be sufficient:

• -Your name
• -Address
• -Phone Number
• -Email address
• -Date the purchase was made
• -Reason for the return

How to Return/Exchange

Be sure to indicate if you would prefer to receive a refund, or make an exchange for another size, color, or item. Please help us to improve our service by providing the main reason for your return or exchange.

Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
